Keybinds and commands

These are the default keys. Most can be changed in FiveM's settings, under Key Bindings, then FiveM.
On foot

| T | Open chat |
| M | Phone (you need a phone on you) |
| I | Inventory |
| O | Other inventory, such as a boot or glovebox |
| Tab | Show your hotbar |
| 1 to 5 | Use the item in that hotbar slot |
| R | Reload |
| G | Radial menu |
| Left Alt (hold) | Look at what you can interact with, then pick an option |
| E | Confirm a prompt, talk to people, lock or unlock a nearby door |
| F2 | The in-game guide |
| P | Map |
| F4 | Animation menu |
| X | Hands up |
| Backspace | Stop an animation |
| B | Point |
| Left Ctrl | Crouch (hold to crawl) |
In a vehicle
| Key | What it does |

| L | Lock or unlock |
| U | Engine on or off |
| B | Seatbelt |
| H | Headlights (tap), interior light (hold) |
| Caps Lock | Cruise control (tap to switch on or off) |
| Down | Vehicle control panel |
| Q | Car stereo |
Without a seatbelt, you can be thrown out in a crash above 60 km/h.
Voice and radio
| Key | What it does |

| N | Talk (FiveM's push-to-talk) |
| ~ (above Tab) | Change how far your voice carries: whisper, normal or shouting |
| = | Open the radio (you need a radio) |
| Z (hold) | Talk on the radio |
| , and . | Previous and next radio channel |
/vol followed by 1 to 100 sets the radio and phone volume.
When you're down

Commands
Everyday
| Command | What it does |

| /me, /do | Describe an action, or describe the scene |
| /help | Open the in-game guide |
| /id | Show your server ID |
| /ids | Show the server IDs of players near you above their heads, for 10 seconds. Each use is logged. |
| /job | Show your job |
| /playtime | Show your playtime |
| /here | Reset your AFK timer (you're removed after 15 minutes away) |
| /fixme | Fix missing textures, reload your character or get unstuck |
| /feedback | Send feedback to staff |
| /togglehud | Hide or show the HUD |
| /gps | Set your GPS to a postal code or the nearest fuel station |
| /dice, /rps | Roll a dice, play rock-paper-scissors |
| /clear | Clear the chat |
Reports
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
| /report | Report a player, a bug or ask staff for help. Add a message after it to skip the form. |
| /reportchat | Open the chat for your open report again |
| /hacker | Report a cheater by server ID, or whoever just hurt you |
